I have the Finnish translation of The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova on my desk waiting to be opened. If you want, I can take notes and try to come up with a short review. Apparently it's supposed to be a fresh interpretation of the Dracula myth, but I don't know anything else, yet.

Rameau- That would be great! I have read the first 3/4 of the Historian a couple of years ago and just never got back to finishing it. It would be great if you want to review it.

I would like to list the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, consisting of Moon Called, Blood Bound, Iron Kissed, and Bone Crossed. I really enjoyed them and would just like to see what other people had to say. Thank you.

Elly- Would you like to write the reviews? Or would you prefer one of us read them and write a review? The latter will likely take a bit of time. If you're up for it, we'd love to have you review it.

Thanks!

Cassandra Clares THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS TRILOGY: #1 City of Bones: #2 City Of Ashes: #3 City of Glass.
They are full of supernatural elements and Im sure I would have read them sooner if they had been on this site.
Also, Carrie Ryans 'The Forest of Hands and Teeth' and 'The Dead-Tossed Waves'. which have a twist on surviving the zombies and were some of the best books ive read this year.

Ever been told to “Go To Hell”?

Go To Hell is the first book in the trilogy saga “Dark Mind Chronicles”. This page turning thriller is the story of the troubled soul Darrel Love.  Though his last name is “Love”, his actions speak differently.  This number one draft pick by Hades, recruits a gang of other misguided teens and they began to bring “Hell on Earth to the “detention center”.

Darrel Love, who has been fighting the battle between good and evil literally before birth, falls prey to evil forces after a life of dysfunction, heart break and rejection.  This book introduces us to Darrel, his mother Rose Love, Dr. Apollo Remedie, “Guidance” counselor and officer Attawuel.

The descriptive yet constant display of light and dark will keep the reader intrigued and on the edge of their seat. LaToyur Tisdale, columnist and owner of "Pieces of work like Dark Mind Chronicles captures the imagination of its reader and exposes them to another realm of spirituality that most times activate fear.  Blusfasa draws in his readers, releasing them once the last sentence is read and then they are still left wanting more.l!"  You can find the Go To Hell: Dark Mind Chronicles sold in print at Amazon.com and Barnes and Nobles.
